By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

We create customisable cards that are:

• Made from PVC plastic.
   
• Hand-crafted with high attention to detail.
   
• Designed to be visually realistic and include scannable details, as specified in the product description.
   

Each card is made based on customer input, including name, date of birth, and uploaded image(s). It is your responsibility to ensure all personalisation details are correct before submitting your order.

When you place an order on our website:

• You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and yours to use.
   
• You understand that once submitted, your customisation details cannot be changed unless requested before production begins.
   

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
   
• We do not store or have access to your card details.
   
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
   

• Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days after successful payment and confirmation of customisation.
   
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.
   

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is:

• Defective, or
   
• Incorrect due to an error on our part.
   

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at customcardz.co@gmail.com. After that, production may have already started and cancellation is not guaranteed.

• Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items.
   
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
   

When using our website or uploading content, you agree not to:

• Upload images or text that are offensive, abusive, illegal, or infringe on any copyright or trademark.
   
• Use our services for fraudulent purposes.
